Talent Acquisition Officer (Recruitment & L&D)

Established in Tokyo from 2005, from several hundred images and 50 contributors, PIXTA has grown to be the owner of the biggest Ecommerce platform for selling & buying licensed image, video, illustrator… in Japan. 

Our goal is to hire a strong and adaptive Talent Acquisition Officer who will help us in recruiting talents, promote Employer Branding and build a learning working culture.

Your scope of work

Recruitment &EB planning (80%):

  • Joining into overall hiring strategy of the organization to ensure a diverse set of qualified resources
  • Promote Pixta’s Employer branding through offering good candidate experience, attending career fairs and increasing brand identity in social platform
  • Build talent pools for future recruitment and mating lasting relationships with potential candidates to ensure hiring quantity and quality 
  • Create and implement end-to-end candidate hiring processes to fill up both tech and non-tech vacancies (Web Developers, AI Engineers, Scrum Master….)
  • Fully utilize various channels (LinkedIn, Headhunting services, recruiting platforms…) to attract, engage candidates and convert them into applicant
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, determine selection criteria for candidates.

Learning & Development (20%):

  • Conduct essential surveys and make plan for L&D activities based on the business goals and employee’s needs
  • Coordinate with teams to implement activities in the effort to build an active learning environment and increase employee working efficiency
  • Follow up to measure the effectiveness of L&D programs

Your Skills and Experience

The best fit candidate will have:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree
  • +1 years of experience in recruitment field (prefer hi-tech industry) from sourcing to onboarding with strong interviewing and candidate evaluating capabilities
  • Experience in organizing L&D activities is advantageous
  • Have good English proficiency, especially writing and speaking to draft plans, conduct interviews and monthly report to CEO
  • Possess both recruitment and marketing mindset to drive talent acquisition activities toward fast changing technology industry
  • Be good at communication, networking, negotiation skills
  • Be self-motivated and self-learning
