Middle/Senior Web Developer

Established in Hanoi from 2016 as the biggest branch of PIXTA Group, PIXTA Vietnam has scaled up to a team of 60 people and now we are looking for Middle/Senior Web Developers to research and develop Pixtastock.com – the leading marketing place to sell and buy images, videos, illustration in Japan.

Your scope of work

  • Develop back-end services in Ruby on Rails by writing simple & clean code
  • Work with huge database of 65,000,000 images (increase 30K images per day) and 1,300,000 users world wide
  • Main challenges: AWS Database Optimization, Cost Optimization, Search Engine, System Scaling, Micro-services break…
  • Brainstorm and build new features/products

Your Skills and Experience

The best fit candidates will:

  • Have at least 2 year of experience in web development using OOP languages (prefer Ruby)
  • Be familiar with Agile model
  • Experience with AWS, micro-service architecture, big data is advantages
  • Possess clean code, code optimization skill
  • Be a smart, logical and passionate learner
  • Have English proficiency at business level
