Pixta Vietnam is a leading Japan company providing digital platforms for selling and buying images, videos, audio… in Japan and other Asian countries. Our product – Pixtastock offers:

  • A platform to connect photographers and customers (corporate, marketing agencies…)
  • Top-notch search tool to get the best stock photos
  • High quality and low price stock photos
  • Photo Editor tool

Established in Hanoi from 2016, Pixta Vietnam has scaled up to a team of 60 people and now we are continue to look for Talented Ruby Developers to help us in product research and development. Here is your scope of work, but not limited:

  • Develop back-end services in Ruby on Rails by writing simple & clean code
  • Work with huge database of 40,000,000 images (increase 30K images per day) and 1,300,000 users world wide
  • Main challenges: AWS Database Optimization, Cost Optimization, Search Engine, System Scaling, Micro-services break…
  • Brainstorm and build new features/products

Your Skills and Experience

The best fit candidates will own:

  • Solid web development base using Ruby languages, Agile/Scrum…
  • Clean code, code optimization skill
  • Experience with Micro-service architecture, Big data system is an advantage
  • Be a smart, logical and passionate self learner with continuous improvement attitude
  • Relatively good English proficiency

  • Salary: $1000 – $2000
